Never will visit store 116 again, I contemplate if I will go to another subway again after eating a footlong flatbread left in the oven so long it melted to the paper. I Placed an online order while on the clock at work to quickly pick up in and out, and arrived 2 min before the App's given order ready time. Stepped to the counter and waited patiently as the employee appeared to be serving / hooking up friends or acquaintances making multiple generously prepped subs. No bother, 5 minutes elapsed of not being greeted while teens scurry around me, I noticed my order was finally being placed in the oven which read 0:17 secs on the timer. After returning from further prepping friends subs, my overcooked subs were removed after about 31 secs. I can at least give 2 stars for the food because at least the order notes were done correctly. I will never pay 10$ for an uncut overcooked, stuck to the paper sub again. Im sorry subway, I tried. After about 13 minutes standing at the front inside, was never asked do I want to order, did I place an order, what's my name, I'm nonwhite, but other / multiple Caucasian customers walking in and were instantly and loudly greeted upon instantly walking in, interesting. my order was ready after 14 minutes and placed on the pickup stand. Today I called 3 times to make sure they honored our coupon and was assured they did, even specified which menu items we were getting and what the coupon was for and the manager said yes because they accept coupons for specific subs. When my boyfriend got there with the coupon they tried to tell him he couldn't use it, even after the manager said we could. Thankfully I had called several times in advance and been so specific on what we were ordering so they were forced to honor it. We live 2 minutes from this location and have been avoiding it because of a negative experience the first time we came in. After this though I don't think we will ever return to this location. And I would recommend no one else...
Read moreWhen we came to this location it was not busy. There was 3 people in front of us. There were 2 employees working that night. They were actually about to close, or at least it seemed like they were. They had an attitude when we came in. The women is the one who took our order and she was getting frustrated that all of the meats were put away. I understand they want to get out of there at a certain time, but I really think it's not good customer service to have that the meats piled up they way she did.
