This place is named correctly because our food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I ordered two taco dinners which were amazing, the fattest tacos I have ever seen. The dinner came with 3 huge tacos, stuffed with meat and with lovely toppings, i.e. sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cilantro on the tacos along with supplying 6 different salsas for the two dinners. Our dinners came with sliced radishes, lime wedges, refried beans topped with cheese and Mexican rice. We about licked the container, everything was just perfect. First time ordering tried the Asada and Al pastor. Overall it was good. Tortilla to big for the taco. Asada meat was a bit dry, seems like they pre cook it and heat it up again when making an order which dries out the meat. Al pastor has good flavor as well, same like the asada, precooked then heated up, some of it was burnt. Salsas where on, green salsa a bit to acidic for my liking, habanero, orange one, has good flavor, a bit watery but good. They didn’t give me red salsa even tho they asked and I requested to have a it of all. If they would cook the meat to order it would be a lot better. First time eating here and had a large order of tacos and a Torta. Overall my family enjoyed the tacos, and the torta. Our favorite taco had to be the Al Pastor as it had great flavor. The Green and Red salsas were good not very spicy but good flavor. The Habanero salsa on the other hand was perfect! Great mixture of heat and flavor, I’ll use that one from here on out. I’ll be back soon to try more of the menu but glad there’s another option in Zion serving...
