The samsa was delicious; however, in terms of service and eating place i wouldn't say it was "delicious". First of all, the receptionist was seemingly either tired or unprofessional about his job - no smiling, no much attention paying, and unsatisfied facial expressions. Moreover, the dining area was very noisy with workers catching up with orders but behind the bars, so there is no one to ask for a napkin or spice.

Despite all, I liked the sauce. It was in a much bigger bowl for 2000 sums, indeed...

Although the food is great, their customer service is really really bad. In addition, everytime when I enter their cafe the line is so long that it discourages me from buying. When you talk to the guys in the cashier they ignore you and answer your question after some time. Their somsas are great I admit. But if you are a busy person it is only good when you order beforehand by calling them about half an hour before you go...

We tried 1 of everything that the shop has to offer, I’ve got to say the food and service was exceptional albeit I had to use had gestures which is fine with me.

We sat down and ate the fresh food. Had our own drinks they did not try to sell us drinks from the shop.
