Bánh Xèo 76 — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Wow, wow and wow! These guys knocked every single dish out of the park! But to be fair, they only serve 3 things. 😁

That's also how you know they are the best at what they do. We ordered the bun thit nuong (grilled pork noodles), nam (aka cha gio or egg rolls) and the banh xeo (sizzling pancakes). All three dishes are probably the best I've had in Da Nang and trust me when I say everyone serves these at every restaurant.

Everything here is made fresh and to order. You see them literally grilling the meat on skewers for the noodles, the egg rolls being rolled by hand and the pancakes cooked right there. Their kitchen is at the entrance of the store and you can see the staff cleaning and cutting the veggies as well.

It is these tiny little mom and pop style restaurants that make culinary masterpieces so enjoyable. And it's usually places you don't expect. And when in doubt, ask the locals because it's these hidden gems that make food...

Delicious small, crisp banh xeo and corn spring rolls with extra fresh herbs served in a lovely restaurant. This is the best I've eaten in Da Nang. The small banh xeo are a great deal at 9k per piece. The corn spring rolls were 30k for 10 pieces. They also sell tasty looking noodle bowls at 30k-40k. We ordered 4 banh xeo and 1 order of corn rolls for 2 people. Their fish sauce with garlic sauce, sugar, and chiles is very addicting. I am definitely coming back again and again.

every dish is clean and neat. Everytime I drop in Da Nang, I come this Banh Xeo 76 to have lunch or dinner. Even I can have appointment with friend here also. The Food is so delicious, pancake is not much oily, corn roll is crunchy and fresh. They are so tasty.
