Hey there, we are full time youtube traveling family, GoingGoing.BackBack! SIX ON SIX CAFE - BRUNCH & RESTAURANT Quán cà phê Sáu Trên Sáu is a delightful oasis for anyone seeking a relaxing and family-friendly dining experience in Vietnam. As a vegan executive chef and a father of three, I have found this cafe to be a perfect spot for both unwinding and enjoying quality time with my family.
The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, making it an ideal place for families and friends to gather. The cafe boasts a small playground, which is a lifesaver for parents. Our three kids always have a blast playing while my wife and I savor a moment of peace with our favorite drinks, whether it's a refreshing cold beverage or a comforting hot cup.
SIX ON SIX CAFE shines in its menu offerings, particularly for those following a vegan lifestyle. My son's go-to dish is the vegan breakfast burrito, and it’s easy to see why. Packed with flavor and hearty ingredients, it's a satisfying meal that keeps you coming back for more. The cafe's commitment to providing delicious vegan options is commendable, and it's always a joy to discover new favorites.
The atmosphere at SIX ON SIX CAFE is both relaxed and vibrant, with friendly staff who ensure you feel right at home. Whether you're there for a casual brunch or a more substantial meal, the service is consistently excellent, contributing to the overall positive experience.

Read moreI discovered Six On Six my 2nd day in Danang, which I traveled to by train from Hanoi. They had egg coffee on the menu, a specialty of Hanoi. I was still craving them. That all said, I am here until the end of the month. During this time, this cafe has become my staple to have breakfast/brunch and enjoy coffee(s). The space is light & airy as well as family/kid-friendly and off the main, busy thoroughfare.
The food and drinks are in a class by itself. Delish! I have had the juice blends and mainly, the Vietnamese style coffees...all made to perfection especially the egg coffee 😉. I have also enjoyed the eggs benedict, BLT, and egg/asparagus toast. I appreciate that they toast the bread to a light crisp, which is how I prefer it.
Lastly, the SERVICE is outstanding. It is clear they have been trained to support the tiniest of details. Sometimes, even I don't realize I need something until they bring it to the table. Refreshing!
I will add that they play their music at a perfect volume. Enjoyable to listen to and yet not above conversation level. Makes a difference especially if folks are working.
These are the many gifts of this establishment and why I continue to be a frequent patron...
Read moreThis is a great little hidden gem that served us a delicious breakfast. We sat here for over an hour just taking in the quiet back street and watching the world pass us by. We started with a coconut coffee and orange juice, eggs Benedict and baked eggs with bacon. The presentation was exceptional and the meal was served hot instead of lukewarm like most of the meals we have had within Vietnam. We polished off the breakfast and the only complaint we had during our experience was the GRAB drivers waiting for food smoking right out front of the restaurant, with smoke wafting in. As a reformed non smoker, it made it hard to enjoy the meal entirely, but this is not at the fault of the young staff and meal itself.
As we sat pondering our next move on this rainy day in Da Nang, we decided to try the coconut hot chocolate. Wow. For those that know the taste of a bounty chocolate bar, this was it in a liquid form. Sensational experience overall and I would highly recommend this cafe Six on Six to anyone. It did not seem like a local joint, as over our time here, it gradually filled with tourists who had done their research and found this amazing...
