Bo steak — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Today I visited the restaurant "Bo Steak". It has a small, cozy dining area and pleasant background music. I came specifically for the Beef Wellington. First, I want to highlight a definite positive: the atmosphere and the staff. Polite, attentive service and genuine care for guests for this, the restaurant deserves a full five stars. Now, regarding the Beef Wellington itself. This is a complex dish that few chefs can execute properly. The beef fillet should be perfectly seared on the outside to a golden crust while remaining tender and pink inside (medium rare, 55–60 °C). Unfortunately, the meat was slightly overcooked and not sufficiently pink. The duxelles seemed to contain too much moisture, which caused the pastry to become soggy, losing its characteristic crispness. A proper Beef Wellington features juicy, tender meat inside, the aroma of mushrooms, a light saltiness from the prosciutto, and crisp, golden pastry on the outside. Atmosphere: I absolutely love the vibe here. The decor is really cool and they play some lovely background music. They don’t have air conditioning, but they have plenty of fans to keep you cool. Rating: 5/5

I should of ordered steak - not sure what I got it was supposed to be a burger - looked beautiful the salad was great liked the sprouts but made the mistake to try and use hands to eat burger which had a Gamey taste and soon I had to switch to fork and thankfully they gave me a wet wipe to start what a mess of soggy bun and a cup of cheese sauce didn’t need or want wasn’t a cup poured on this breaded mess of a burger - sorry I hate saying bad things but Yuck I will give you another try for steak because I liked your staff and the fact they decorated Redo burger Simplify too complicated!!!
