Cơm Niêu Nhà Đỏ — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Their service isn't good at all. It's a rice restaurant, but when we order some rice to eat with others foods, they didn't bring any out for us. We have to orders again 3 or 4 times. We was waiting for half an hour, everything on the table got cold, the rice still didn't come up. Until we got mad, they said that they doesn't have any more rice. ( they could said that they are out of it when we ordered, but they didn't) so we got real mad, and finally they bring us 4 full bowls of rice. 😐 like.... there's rices! So why did they said that they doesn't have rice?? I don't understand. They did everything slow, but when we said we going to pay, they get the bill for us really fast.💩💩💩 at the end, the manager even got mad at us because we complain for once. 😐😐😐 They're doing business, and I think they really don't want to do it anymore or some. We paid for service and foods, it's not that we got to eat for free or anything. So they could do better tho ._. I will never come back to that restaurant.

Đồ ăn của quán khá ngon, nhưng mà phục vụ làm khách rất dễ bực bội. Cả nhà kêu thêm tổ cơm trắng, mà chờ hoài không thấy lên, nên gọi lại 3, 4 lần luôn, nhưng vẫn không mang lên. Đến khi tới nói với quản lý ( hay bà chủ gì đấy), thì thấy vì nói thông cảm, bà ấy còn quay lại bảo nhân viên là ra nói với gia đình là cơm hết rồi. 😐 NHÀ HÀNG CƠM MÀ TẠI SAO LẠI KHÔNG CÓ CƠM?????? QUÁN GÌ KÌ VẬY??? HẾT TIỀN MUA GẠO???? sau lại đem lên cả 4 niêu cơm đầy 💩💩💩💩 THẬT ĐÓ HẢ?? BẢO LÀ HẾT CƠM??? THẾ CƠM NÀY Ở ĐÂU RA VẬY??? mà nếu hết cơm thì khi lúc order 3, 4 lần đó, nhân viên có thể nói là hết rồi để cả nhà gọi cái khác và không bực mình. Tại sao lại chờ tới khi đồ ăn trên bàn lạnh hết, ai cũng đói, ai cũng bực bội, rồi lại bảo ra nói hết cơm?? Ok là nhà gọi tô cơm trắng, thay vì cơm niêu, nhưng mà vẫn có thể ra bảo là hết cơm trắng, chỉ còn cơm niêu thôi, là được rồi, không ai bực ai, cả hai bên đều tốt. Tại sao lại để khách đợi cả tiếng đồng hồ, gọi đi gọi lại tận mấy lần?! Sau kêu ra tính tiền rỏ nhanh. Đã vậy lúc nói cô quản lý, ( hay cô chủ gì đấy) thì bà ấy còn quay lai bực bội nói là gia đình không được nói kiểu đó ở đây? Xin lỗi, nhưng mà là ăn trả tiền mà. Nếu ăn free thì muốn đối xử chúng tôi ra sao cũng được.😐 quán phục vụ chậm, 1 TIẾNG XIN LỖI CŨNG CHẲNG CÓ? CẢM THẤY KHÔNG THỂ PHỤC VỤ THÌ CÓ THỂ NÓI....

For us (German group 4 persons) the restaurant was a catastrophe. On the floor there were rats. The toilets you should also avoid, the toilet-paper makes your ass more dirty than clean. To the food: The card was very big - as always in Vietnam. But some things couldn't be ordered although they are listed, for example coffee. Anyway the staff didn't tell us that there is no coffee, just when we asked for the coffee again after 20 min, they told us, it's out. The food was also not good! Recommendation: Avoid this restaurant if you like...

Food was ok, the customer services/place was another story. We came 20min before 2 other group but was serve last, even tho we spoken with multiple staffs about why our food was taken so long. By the time our the rice came out, everything was cold. I can stand the dirty environments, but not the horrible...
