Huong Binh Hotel Da Nang — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Firstly I am aware it's a budget hotel so I'm not expecting it to wow me. ||LOCATION: It's close to the main street which leads to the dragon bridge. Along this road there are lots of shops & food places and a KFC. Lots of drinking holes too if you prefer that. Electronic shops. Foot & Spa joints. And the like. It's 1.1km to the airport. ||Staff: I arrived late on the afternoon and the receptionist, Hung (not sure of spelling), was on night duty. She seem friendly & was very helpful. Her English was pretty good too. Their morning receptionist, Hang (again spelling unsure) had difficulty understanding English & but she manages. Also helpful. ||They're both good but I just felt they lacked a little bit of "friendliness". Now it could be just they're shy or I got used to the last 2 places I stayed in. Don't get me wrong they are good & had done nothing wrong.||ROOM: I did not feel that "comfortable" feeling when I entered the room. Bed is good, Aircon is good but takes a little bit to ramp up to cold temp. ||Sink, shower & toilet all in one. Water pressure is good. Hot water is good. ||The fridge had 5 bottled water & cans of beer & softdrinks. The were no snacks so byo snacks. No breakfast, this was an effort for me! I had difficulty finding the breakfast i wanted to eat so just ended up buying from a bread shop a few minutes down towards dragon bridge direction. ||There were misquitos in the room. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. ||Then I thought of two things, the exhaust fan when power of room is switched off when you go out or shower drainage. | I was more worried of getting dengue especially when i thought it comes from the drainage. ||ANNOYANCE: My flight for HCNC is at 13:00 today. I went out to HUNT for breakfast & left my main luggage. I come back at the hotel about 8:30am & the sheets etc were gone. Towels gone. Check out was meant to be at 12:00pm. I wanted to relax befire going to the airport but that changed. Instead I just checked out & went to the airport. Now gotta for a whike here. ||SUMMARY: For its price it was okay....

The hotel is very near the airport and the taxi driver had no problem finding it. The place is quite a long walk from the river and definitely a drive to the beach but taxis are plentiful and relatively cheap. The room was not particularly clean when I arrived and I had to ask reception to clean an unpleasant smear from the wall, however after this the cleaning was excellent and very thorough. My room had no window so was a bit like a prison cell but it was comfy enough with wifi, aircon, TV with some English channels & a fridge. The bathroom was a typical Asian 'wet room' type with no separate shower/toilet but the water was warm so no complaints. A few mosquitos in the room but that's Vietnam. So, no real issues as a budget hotel but probably better value in a better location to be found elsewhere in Da Nang where there are a...

Tôi đã thanh toán đầy đủ trên agoda đầy, có yêu cầu khác là phòng trên cao, view cửa sổ, khách sạn đã đồng ý, khi checkout thì khách sạn lại yêu cầu bù thêm 50.000 đ vì yêu cầu đó, nếu vậy ngay từ đầu khách sạn nói để khách biết mà chuẩn bị hoặc nếu có thu thêm tiền thì khách sẽ không bao giờ thêm yêu cầu.||Book phòng khách sạn giá 400.000đ mà khách sạn lại nói là 350.000đ nên phải bù thêm 50.000đ, đó là bất hợp lý.||Khách sạn nên xem lại cách làm việc của lễ tân, thu tiền vô tội vạ, ảnh hưởng uy tín của khách sạn cho những khách đến đặt phòng ở sau này.||Nếu được thì Agoda nên loại hẳn khách sạn này ra khỏi hệ thống book phòng vì có thể làm mất uy tín của hệ thống.||Tôi sẽ không bao giờ chọn khách sạn này và sẽ complain nhiều hơn nữa.||Thái độ phục vụ không rõ ràng, có hành vi vòi vĩnh tiền của khách, không thể chấp nhận.||Tôi cần lời giải thích, xin lỗi và trả tiền lại cho...
