I was eager to have coffee from this place since I tried it once in Vietnam and had a good experience there. Unfortunately, a “good experience” was not what I got at the airport Highlands. First off, the cashier charged me for a medium sized hot mocha, when I requested for a small one. After asking why I was charged for a larger size, she simply stated that the small one wasn’t available. Like why wouldn’t you tell me that in the beginning BEFORE I pay. I had no choice but to agree, since I was craving a mocha. The wait time was about 10 mins after which, I went to collect my order only to be disappointed that they had served me a cold mocha instead of a hot one. When I asked them to change it, the staff told me I could adjust with a cold one. Why should I adjust when I specifically have a preference for a HOT COFFEE! When I insisted on a hot coffee, she very grudgingly and reluctantly discarded the ice and simply poured milk and heated it up. To add on to it, there was absolutely no hint of chocolate. How in the world does that resemble a mocha!

On the up side, Highlands still maintains a pleasant atmosphere and has...

We really loved the taste and quality of the coffee. I can recommend this cafe to a strong...
