Da Nang Coffee — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this shop during my recent visit. I repeatedly requested hot water to prepare milk for my baby, which is a basic and urgent need, but my requests were ignored with a answer “We don’t have this service” then I proceed to order a glass of warm water but also get ignored. This lack of response shows a concerning disregard for customer care, especially for situations involving infants.

It was frustrating and stressful to deal with such poor service, and I expected more consideration...

The cost of the bánh mì is actually 4–5 times more expensive than the ones you get in restaurants around the city, and the taste is not worth the price. The bread already had a spicy kick, which might not sit well with those who cannot tolerate spiciness.
