McDonald's 2 Tháng 9 — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

This is a McDonalds. It looks, tastes, and feels like McDonalds everywhere else on earth. The staff are all local vietnamese. The service is on par with every foreign restaurant or business in central Vietnam. Although I will say, the staff are clearly new to McDonalds so theyre a little slow. The restaurant is clean, and the layout is right on the corner.

We got a Big Mac, French fries, chicken nuggets and a coke zero. All of it tastes like every McDonalds on the planet.

Also, McDonald's is known for serving 3 things globally. Big Mac, French Fries, and Coca-Cola. No McDonalds in America serves fried chicken, only chicken nuggets. For fried chicken, you go to KFC, not McDonalds.

My wife and I walked in the first time a day or 2 before they opened, by accident. The lights and sign were on, and they had no sign on the door explaining that they weren't open yet.

I'll say this, I'm not a huge fan of McDonalds. I'm from California, and I grew up with McDonalds. I don't think McDonalds food is very good. 😂 That said, I feel like most negitive reviews here are a protest of McDonalds and not indicative of the quality at this particular location. Terrible experience at McDonald's Da Nang.

Fast food? I had to wait 25 minutes for one burger! First time ordering in-store — I used the self-order screen and chose “pay at counter.” The screen flashed my number quickly (151 or 152, I wasn’t sure), then a guy from the kitchen asked, “Is your order 152? It'll take a while,” and walked off.

I asked another staff member how long a burger takes — she said 2–3 minutes. I stood waiting with my baby son for 20 minutes. Several staff walked by, asked if I had ordered — I said yes, but no one checked my order or payment.

Over 20 minutes later, I asked again. Only then did someone ask for my order number. I said I wasn’t sure, maybe 151 or 152. They asked for a receipt — I said the machine didn’t print one. Then one staff member told me to order again from the start. Seriously? I had already ordered and had a number!

Eventually, someone checked and said, “You didn’t pay, so we didn’t make your order.” I had to go back, pay, and wait even longer. What a frustrating mess. Zero support for first-time customers. Ordering on the app takes 10 minutes. In-store took 25. Totally...

My friend and I arrived in this mcdonald just around 8pm for dinner time. The upstairs section was closed but I was happy to sit downstairs. We proceed ordering. A fine lady (wearing glasses) and speaks fluent english helped us. I forgot her name. And she even informed me about buy meal and free one burger. Lol. It is such a good promo. Love it.

Food arrived in the shortest of time. And super hot. When I was enjoying the meal, I accidentally knocked over my cup. The water splashed at the seat and floor. The waitress are so kind as to give me full refill and assured me everything was fine. I am so helped by this situation, and embarrased at the same time. I would like to thank Henry/Harry for his hospitality.

When I tried to exit the door, Henry made a small talk, he asked where I am from. And I said 'Malaysia'. He gave me a thumbs up. Thank you for helping me.
