The Thai Cuisine Đà Nẵng — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

I'm writing to update my previous review of Thai Cuisine. While we initially encountered an unexpected issue, the manager's prompt and proactive response made a significant difference.

The manager personally reached out to us, offering a chance to rectify the situation. We were impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction.

We thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes we tried, especially the delicious pad thai, mango ice cream, Thai fish cake and fried pineapple rice. The Thai food here is really good, compared to other Thai restaurants in Da Nang. The team's commitment to quality and service is commendable. We hope they continue to maintain this high standard.

Below was the previous review Before I left the restaurant, I was thinking maybe it’s best to give them direct feedback. Nonetheless, the way they received my feedback made me do this. It was such a shame for this restaurant. We stepped in the place at 9pm on a Saturday night. We were fully aware it was quite late so we quickly made order. Guess what? They brought the Banana cake even before the last main course. You don’t serve dessert before main course. Really made us feel we were not welcome here. Well, if the staff don’t feel great to work on a Saturday night, so then don’t sign up for the shift. But the customers chose to spend their precious Saturday dinner at your place, they surely don’t deserve your poor customer service. What’s more, they missed out our order and we waited 35 minutes in total for a Pad thai chicken. They then served the mango ice cream with ant??? At the very end, they took payment and asked for our feedback. Trust me, there was no sincerity and authenticity in the way the staff had been listening to our feedback. The food was average but the staff attitude was super poor, including the manager who was purely watching from behind and did not even take ONE single action on what’s happening on floor. No recommended for eat-in. Takeaway?? Maybe if there was no other options for Thai...

The worst thai food ever. Tasteless. Small size meals. No running water upstairs to wash hands or use the toilets. You’re kidding right. Charge you for refresher napkins. The owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves. Couldn’t pay by card so what happens if you don’t have cash? Got a takeaway green curry. NO RICE ? Had three tiny pieces of chicken in it and was a faded yellow colour. Tasted like dish water. Lucky there’s no OH&S in these Asian countries cause they’d be shut down immediately - excluding Japan. Disgraceful. I flushed the take away dish water curry...

Sa-wa-dee kha!

Khác với Thái Market- địa điểm lui tới khá thường xuyên của mình và gia đình, thì The Thai Cuisine mang đến một trải nghiệm hoàn toàn khác. Nhà hàng sạch sẽ, sang trọng, không gian rộng rãi, tông màu chủ đạo là vàng đồng + trắng, một chút nhạc Thái nhẹ nhàng rất thích hợp cho những buổi tụ họp cùng gia đình.

🥗 Papaya SomTam truyền thống: gỏi đu đủ sontam khá ngon, đu đủ giòn sần sật, tôm tươi và ngọt, gia vị thấm đều.

🍗 Cánh gà nướng hoàng hôn: cánh gà thấm, hơi khô, tuy nhiên gia vị không có gì đặc biệt lắm

🍲 Pad Thái thập cẩm: sợi Pad Thái xào vừa chín, vẫn giữ được dộ dai, tôm mực tươi giòn, gia vị vừa đủ, rất ngon.

🍍 Cơm chiên trái thơm: Siêu nhiều, cơm chiên giòn, hạt rời, không hề ngấy nhaaa.

🍤 Canh Tomyum bò: canh ngon, với mình chưa giống vị Thái lắm, nếu thêm một chút chua, một chút cay nữa sẽ đậm đà hơn

🐟 Cá tam vị: mình xin phép cho món này vào hàng Must-try, cá chiên giòn sốt cùng 3 loại sốt Thái, da cá giòn thơm, đẫm sốt nhưng thịt cá vẫn mềm và ngọt 10/10

🥭 Tráng miệng mình dùng xôi xoài Siam và chuối rán hoàng kim. Xôi dẻo thơm, xoài hơi cứng. Chuối rán lạ miệng khi chấm chung với cốt dừa và dừa bào phủ bên trên.

🍸 Nước uống không có gì đặc biệt, hồng trà chanh chưa có vị trà đặc trưng của Thái.

🇹🇭 Tổng kết: Món ăn trang trí rất đẹp mắt, đồ ăn lên khá nhanh, nhân viên nhiệt tình, chuyên nghiệp. Với vị trí đẹp, không gian sang trọng, mức giá ổn định, mình hi vọng những lần sau quay lại quán sẽ giữ vững phong độ và nâng cấp hương vị gần với vị gốc Thái nhất! 📍 The Thai Cuisine - Lô A26 đường 2/9 ⏰ 9:00 - 22:00 💵 50K - 200K
