Location: front-facing street, easily accessible. About a 1-minute walk to Can Tho Night Market and approximately 3 minutes to Minh Kieu Wharf and restaurants, Cirle k, mart, banks, shops..
Overview of the exterior design: eye-catching, impressive, and distinctive.
Interior design: modern, innovative, safety with a variety of colors but still environmentally friendly (the corridor uses natural light, and motion-sensor lights)
The reception area connects to the restaurant and garden, designed with outlets and a bar in a modern, spacious style while still reflecting traditional elements through images of wheels, chains, and lamps made from bamboo.
Second floor: gym area, meeting rooms, laundry, and drying facilities with modern equipment.
The rooms: it seems each room has a different color; the odd-numbered rooms (..9-..15) on the upper floors offer a chance to admire Ninh Kieu Wharf from above and the Can Tho Bridge. Especially the textured tiles, so walking barefoot feels particularly safe, especially after your feet get wet. The bathroom is fully equipped with towels, various types of soap, toothpaste... The living room has a minibar, a safetybox, a hairdryer, coat hooks, and slippers. I especially love the Asian and European style power outlets, which even include USB ports, and the TV can be adjusted in position, and the curtains are motorized with a switch by the bedside. It's incredibly convenient.
The elevator requires a key card, except for common areas like the pool, 2nd floors.
Swimming pool: located on the 19th floor, adjacent to the restaurant. The pool is for both adults and children. The view from the pool is very beautiful and spacious.
Breakfast: includes dishes like beef and chicken pho. Western dishes such as bread with bacon, jam, honey... salads, traditional Vietnamese dishes like wet cake, braised dishes, boiled potatoes, and various fruits. Juice options include mango, orange, dragon fruit, and detox juices. There is self-service coffee or you can use the tea and coffee machines on-site. There are also automatic water and ice machines.
Attitude and service level: professional, friendly staff
Expectations for improvement: the parking garage is under construction or repair, so parking is not available. However, I see that the garage has a modern design with two layers on the same floor and a hydraulic lift system, allowing for many cars to be parked in one spot. great.

Read moreI have just. checked in at Wink Can Tho today and was quite impressed with the hotel's design. From the lobby to the hallways and rooms, the entire space reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, which is truly commendable. However, despite the beautiful design, I believe there are areas for improvement to maintain the high standard of service that the hotel aspires to.
I arrived by car and proceeded directly to the basement, assuming that the building had an elevator. While the absence of an elevator is an infrastructural matter, I recommend having a security staff member stationed at the entrance to manage traffic and guide guests appropriately.
The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff was polite. However, I felt that the warmth and hospitality typically expected from a hotel of this caliber were lacking. Having stayed at several 4 and 5-star hotels, I have come to appreciate the warm welcome and hospitality from team members, which I did not experience today, either from the front desk or from the runner who delivered a kettle to my room.
Additionally, I would advise potential guests to consider their needs when traveling with family, as the hotel does not provide baby cribs. This could be a significant inconvenience for those traveling with young children.
I hope that my feedback will encourage the management to place greater emphasis on customer service training for all staff members. While the design undoubtedly creates a strong first impression, the service provided by the hotel team is equally crucial in enhancing the hotel's...
Read morePros: nice room, everything is brand new and modern, with internet TV and all. the rooftop pool is decent enough. great location, fewer than 5 minutes to Ninh Kieu port and night market.
Cons: they advertise as a 24/7 checkin-out hotel, but it actually only means you can check out the same time as you check in. It DOES NOT mean you can check in any time. We arrived at 1pm and were told there were no room available till 3pm, which is just the same as any other hotel. Of course we're allowed to stay until 3pm the next day, but that's not what we first intended to do. brand new hotel so the paint smell is still very strong. The room itself is safe but the hall, the elevators and the lobby is still quite smelly. Common toilets were unavailable. Only the all accessible toilet was available but it was FILTHY. The "caution wet floor" sign was outside but it just meant that someone just splashed the whole place and nobody was there to clean it. I was forced to use it because, guess what, our room wasn't available. breakfast was bad 😕 nothing really tastes good. They don't offer tea of any kind. There was a coffee vending machine, I don't drink coffee so I got a cup of hot milk and a cup of matcha latte. The milk was the plainest I've ever had, it's like cream-colored water, absolutely no taste at all. The matcha latte turned scummy after 5 minutes, the first time I've ever seen a matcha look this gross.
I probably won't return anytime soon until the paint smell disappears and the service...
