I met An several months ago, when I took a cooking class from her through Airbnb. Then, a few months later, I attended a coffee tasting event at her beautiful homestay. So, when I heard she opened a creperie, I was eager to go check it out. My first dish was a savory buckwheat flour (no gluten) crepe with a very generous portion of creamy goat cheese, walnuts, honey and rocket (arugula) salad. Read moreI heard there would be an opening of a french restaurant in Da Lat so I went there as soon as they opened. I wasn't disappointed at all ! As a french myself I was really glad because the meal served are all typical. They represent different regions of the country and are cooked with fresh products. Sunny is actually french and An lived in France as well for some years. They are lovely people and had a very nice chat ! Oh and here's a photo taken...
