Đà Nẵng is famous for its variety of bánh tráng (rice paper dishes), and “Đà Nẵng Quán Bánh Tráng” is one of the best places to enjoy them. This spot combines traditional flavors with a casual dining experience that highlights the essence of Central Vietnamese street food.

Atmosphere & Setting The restaurant has a friendly, local vibe. It’s not fancy, but it feels authentic, with simple tables and chairs that make you feel like you’re enjoying street food in the heart of Da Nang. The lively atmosphere and aroma of grilled meat and herbs set the tone for an appetizing experience.

Signature Dishes

Bánh Tráng Cuốn Thịt Heo (Pork Rice Paper Rolls) – Thin slices of tender boiled pork, fresh herbs, cucumber, and vermicelli wrapped in soft rice paper. The rolls are dipped in fermented anchovy sauce (mắm nêm), which is rich, savory, and slightly tangy. This dish is the star of the menu—light yet flavorful.

Bánh Tráng Nướng (Vietnamese Pizza) – Crispy grilled rice paper topped with quail egg, dried beef, spring onions, and chili sauce. Crunchy, smoky, and bursting with flavor, it’s the perfect snack to share.

Bánh Tráng Trộn (Rice Paper Salad) – A refreshing mix of shredded rice paper, dried shrimp, herbs, quail eggs, peanuts, and chili. It’s tangy, spicy, and crunchy, making it a favorite among young locals.

Flavor & Taste The key highlight is freshness. The pork is soft, the herbs are aromatic, and the dipping sauce is bold. The balance of textures—chewy, crispy, soft, and crunchy—makes the meal exciting from start to finish. The seasoning leans slightly spicy and savory, true to Da Nang’s local taste.

Service & Price The staff are quick and friendly, always ready to guide newcomers on how to roll and dip the dishes properly. Prices are very affordable, making it accessible for both locals and tourists.

Overall Experience “Đà Nẵng Quán Bánh Tráng” is not just about food—it’s about experiencing the culture of Central Vietnam through its flavors. Whether you’re trying the famous pork rolls, enjoying a crispy bánh tráng nướng, or mixing a tangy bánh tráng trộn, every dish tells a story of Da Nang’s culinary identity.

Verdict If you’re in Da Nang, this spot is a must-visit. It’s authentic, delicious, and gives you a true taste of local...

This is one of my favorite lunch/dinner places in Hanoi. They have amazing central Vietnamese food for a good price. For 50k, you can get a large plate of herbs, crispy pork meat, and rice wraps to put it all in. If you don't know Vietnamese, just point to one of the pictures...

A restaurant that serves food from Da Nang. Central Vietnamese foods are vibrant with their flavors and always are the healthy lunch option. Their Mỳ Quảng Cá Lóc suits my taste better than the version served in Da Nang.
