Right after receiving the reply from the owner, I have sent an email (and the next day another one) with photos and details so that they can easily track back the order and clarify, but still no response after 2 days and 2 emails.

This place has very beautiful neon lights. There are two seating options for customers, outside and inside. Sitting inside in the winter is warm, in the summer it's air-conditioned and, more importantly, near an acoustic band so you can sing along or chant. If you sit outside you will see Hoang Cau Lake from above. In the summer the wind blows, in the winter it will be a bit cold outside. The singer sings well and has good interaction with the audience. Cocktails are not really excellent in terms of taste and decoration but there is a pretty good goose...
