This is my second visit to the place. The menu is fabulous but the service especially the ability to converse even in limited English could be better. After all this is an upscale place with pricey cocktails so feels a little lacking. Ordered a cocktail and whiskey and those exact ones had “run out”. Then took suggestions on what they recommend and ordered something as choosing another drink myself would take time. The result was nice as u can see in the pics. The menu says Happy Hour etc but the waiters seemed confused and didn’t even understand what it means. I asked them to allow us to speak to someone who speaks English but they didn’t bring them. Like other places in Vietnam they also judge patrons by what they wear, cars they drive etc to estimate their networth and spending ability and accordingly seating them or serving them!

The real kicker is the breakfast steak and eggs, banh mi, and beef stew dish at dinner. Great food each trip! The family owned restaurant is perfect for date nights or bringing the entire family! With a live singer and pianist every Friday and Saturday, the restaurant is the place to be and so big that you rarely have to worry about a wait. Additionally, they use NO msg in any of their dishes and are very clean. Delicious and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend you give it a try!

Đã tổ chức sự kiện ở đây 1 lần và không có lần thứ 2. CHÊ nha mọi người. Nếu mọi người có ý định tổ chức sự kiện ở đây thì NHẤT ĐỊNH KHÔNG NÊN NHA. Mình khuyên thật sự đấy nếu không muốn có trải nghiệm tệ. Tệ từ lúc làm việc với bạn sale bên này luôn. Hợp đồng mà viết sai chính tả tùm lum, bên mình yêu cầu sửa lại hợp đồng thì bạn nhân viên đáp 1 câu xanh rờn: bên em không có thời gian sửa lỗi chính tả cho bên chị. Mà trong khi đó nó là hợp đồng mọi người ơi, đến mấy lỗi cơ bản còn sai huống hồ là những lỗi lớn hơn. Cuối cùng bên mình phải tự sửa gửi qua mà bên mình là khách, người sử dụng dịch vụ. Tiếp theo về tổ chức sự kiện, gần đến giờ sự kiện diễn ra mà set up chưa đâu vào đâu, mới có 1 nhân viên ra lau dọn sàn nhà, bên mình phải túm vào setup cùng vì khách sắp đến mà chưa đâu vào đâu. bên mình tổ chức phần lễ trước nên yêu cầu không setup bát đũa trước và đã trao đổi với bạn sale rất nhiều lần. Đến lúc setup thì mình thấy setup bát đũa ra, báo lại thì bạn nhân viên bảo là lát bên e bận không có thời gian mà setup ra cho bên chị đâu. ỦA ALO. backdrop thì hẹn căng lúc chiều, mà khách bên mình đến rồi back vẫn chưa căng ra để checkin, bên mình phải giục, xong xắn tay vào khênh back cùng. Đồ ăn thì bên mình đã báo trước thời gian để chuẩn bị, đến lúc cần đồ ăn lên thì nhân viên báo giờ chưa thể lên đồ ăn được. Hỏi chấm lần thứ nnnn. Lý do vì còn phục vụ đồ ăn của các sảnh khác trước. Bên mình cũng là khách mà. Vì thế mà timeline chương trình của bọn mình phải đổi hoàn toàn, không đúng kế hoạch, gần như bị đổ bể luôn.... .... Vào tiệc còn nhiều cái chê hơn nữa mà sợ dài quá mọi người không đọc hết. Túm cái quần lại là KHÔNG NÊN ĐẶT TIỆC SỰ KIỆN ở...
