MAY Homestay & Co-Working Space — Hotel in Hà Nội

We had a lovely 10 days stay at the May Homestay. It is located in an away-from-the-crowd side of Hanoi. The rooms are top notch along with the service provided.

The best part is having a good quality cafe at the ground floor, and they serve one of the best coffee experiences we have had in Vietnam. We backpacked 2 months in Vietnam and May Cafe's coffee is easily one of the best we have had during our trip. The staff in the cafe were super sweet, always smiling and always ready to help with anything that we needed. All the staff came to our help when we needed some information aboout Shopee.

The rooms were squeeky clean with a very modern look to it.

All the entrances have modern locks, which makes it easy for guests to come in and out anytime they'd like to.

Another great thing about their service is that - we wanted to cook our own food. When we told this, we were provided with a good quality rice cooker along with a few other essentials. They even provided with a good extra mattress as we needed to accommodate my sister in the same room.

The free laundry service is a huge bonus for us travellers.

The only downside that we felt is the bus communication. The 51 bus comes like once in 20 minutes and the primary bus station is like 20-25...

The room is nice and looks exactly like the photos. The service is not good tho. After we booked the room, the host didn’t explain how to check in and we was quite confused when we reached the place as there are 2 gates and there are boxes with password which seems to be used for self checkin.
