Pizza 4P's Aeon Mall Long Biên — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Edit: If I could give 6 stars for service for this outlet, I would. 4P'S service has always been spot on, but the service from this location took it to another level you rarely get even from many fancier places with or without stars. Incredible service from the service team, excellent service recovery as well for what I thought was a non-issue with the unripe avocado in the salad.

Kudos to service crew Dinh Cuong for his attentive and polite service. He did a fantastic job and I felt very welcomed throughout my almost 3 and a half hour long stay.

I've been to a few Pizza 4P'S in Hanoi and HCM, and the most consistent quality across the outlets was not the food, but the exceptional service. This outlet has the best service and food (except the unripe avocado) among all the outlets I've tried so far. The flavour is on the bland side, but salt, pepper and chilli oil are available.

I had a simple order at Long Bien Aeon 4P'S, and the avocado in the salad was far from ripe. The waiters were polite throughout, served with a smile and spoke decent English. They were not able to make a fresh portion because the quality of the avocado was not too good, and offered to change to a different menu item instead.

I also had the happy hour drinks and the waiter offered to hold on to one of the drinks to serve later so that it will still be cold.

Fantastic service, reasonably priced good quality pizza, but with slightly expensive fried chicken for what it is. Would still return any day, especially if there is no crowd!

The pizza with Parma ham tastes very good but it takes 25 minutes to get it. All ingredients of the shrimp and avocado salad are fresh, the balsamic sauce is very tasty but the greens are cold like right out from the fridge. They are of the right temperature at the time when I’m finishing eating. The lasagna is all right. We might have ordered drinks and desserts after the main dishes if we were not made to wait for 25 minutes on Monday 1140am. Luckily they do serve very clean drinking water. If you still want to try, just do not take the table next to the glass door. People keep approaching that glass door, which is originally designed as a proper exit but locked now for an extra table. I leave it to the waiter after signaling 3,4 groups that it’s not an entrance. Still it’s a bit disturbing to us. A sign is obviously needed to put outside the door. We have spent 650k for these 3 dishes, lots of waiting time to enjoy the quite comfy chairs, looking at the floor tile like tables and watching other customers walking into the glass door. All the staff are very polite though. You can now see a very polite reply from Pizza 4P’s about the sign needed. It’s been a month since that reply but the sign is...

The recommended crab spaghetti is awfully bland. So disappointing. It’s supposed to be Tomato ricotta cream. I didn’t even taste one hint of tomato….Maybe the bland sauce is to showcase the natural flavour of the crab. Wasn’t to my taste though. The flavour profile was severely lacking. Some fresh basil, a little lime, tomato paste and garlic would have elevated the dish. The spaghetti, ricotta and crab are all one note. It doesn’t taste fresh and light. It tastes heavy and boring. The pizza is mediocre/3 stars. Could have been hotter and also missing some lime with the scallops and teriyaki sauce with the chicken. Also the scallop pizza was served with green asparagus instead of broccoli.
