TING TING Coffee & Eatery (T11 Times City) — Restaurant in Hà Nội

I have been to Ting Ting on about 6 occasions now as I live and work nearby. The location and ambience is superb and first class. Unfortunately the potential of this place is failing because of slow and poor customer service. On every occasion of my last 6 visits they have taken more than 15 minutes to serve a coffee latte even when I am the only customer in the restaurant!! On almost every occasion they have also gotten my order mixed up, despite it being correct on my receipt and brought me something I didn’t order or gave me someone else’s order!!.. the food is variable and usually the pho and other noodle dishes are excellent. But the bạhn mi is very average. The coffee is good but the service time is way too slow for busy people trying to get a quick coffee on the way to work. I like this place and hope it can improve its game, otherwise everyone will just go to Starbucks across the road where the service really is very quick and efficient.....
