Buffet Sen Hà Thành Hạ Long — Restaurant in Hạ Long City

Today was a national holiday so the buffet was very busy, the tables inside and out were completely occupied. We chose the VIP menu, with lobsters (everyone gets an entire lobster, you can only order it once) and sashimi, and it cost 560,000d per person. The food was excellent, there was a large variety of Vietnamese traditional dishes, an array of oysters cooked differently, a lot of seafood, roast pork and duck, noodles, pizza, fried dishes, and many desserts (Vietnamese jelly soups, icecream, and many flavors of mousse). We enjoyed everything! They had AC inside and fans blowing outside, with music. I would recommend sitting inside as sometimes the music was a bit loud outside, but dining outside was very pleasant with the sea breeze. The staff were very attentive and take away used plates promptly. The only downfall is that you have to pay extra for drinks, although it’s not too expensive, we were a bit surprised to see that drinks were not included in the price. This is seriously the best buffet I've ever been to!

Tremendous Vietnamese selection of traditional and specialties plus other worldly foods. 360VND per person. Food I didn't even know existed in Viet culture!

I am not a seafood lover but my girlfriend is and she said up and down the lobster, crab, mussels, sashimi and fresh oysters were top notch quality. They sure looked it!

I stuck around the barbeque section outdoors and had a lot of the gas and charcoal cooked meats. Also try the charcoal roasted pineapple!

My only regret is not stumbling on this place...

Thiết kế quán đánh giá công bằng thì ok. Nhưng đồ ăn không đa dạng, ít món. Đặt bàn trước , nhưng đến nơi kiểu lộn xộn, bắt khách đứng chờ ngoài cửa. Có nhiều gói 560k ( ko nhớ chính xác), 390k, 320k, như nhà mình đi 2 vợ chồng và 2 con nhỏ. Nhưng bắt cả nhà phải chọn chung 1 gói buffet. Mình và 2 bé không biết ăn đồ sống sashimi nên chỉ muốn chọn gói cơ bản 320k. Còn chồng ăn gói 390k nhưng không được. Bắt cả nhà phải chọn chung gói 390k. Ok. Cả nhà ăn xuất 390k để bố được ăn sashimi. Đến khi mình đi lấy đồ, đến quầy hải sản lấy vải con bề bề trong khay để sẵn, thì nhân viên không cho lấy . Kêu hải sản sẽ phục vụ bê ra bàn . ( còn khay ghẹ thì giấu bên trong không cho khách tự lấy rồi) . Đến mấy con tôm thẻ, bề bề cũng không cho lấy. Quá tệ. Đến khi mình ăn sắp xong, vẫn chưa được phục vụ hải sản, mình gọi nhân viên, cuối cùng được bê ra 1 bát nhỏ gồm khoảng 2-3 con ghẹ nhỏ xíu xiu, + vài con tôm hấp 😂 Cả nhà phải chọn gói 390k để bố bé có thể ăn sashimi . Nhưng hoá ra là, nhân viên bê ra bàn được 1 đĩa nhỏ cá hồi + cá trích sống, chứ không phải tự lấy buffet ???? Rồi, ăn xong ra thanh toán, đưa thẻ thì nhân viên kêu thanh toán thẻ sẽ bị tính phí 8% !!! Luật nhà hàng tự đặt ra , bắt khách phải chịu à. Trong khi đến cửa hàng tiện ích giờ cũng thanh toán thẻ bình thường, làm gì mất thêm phí gì. Ok, mình chuyển khoản, thì hoá ra ck vào tk cá nhân của 1 ai đó. Cái này mình sẽ ko ý kiến gì, nhưng có dấu hỏi chấm trong đầu ?
