What a gem of a spot! Initially drawn in by the sign advertising cigars, I was pleasantly surprised to find that while they don't sell cigars, they cater to smokers with all the necessary accessories: lighters, matches, cutters, and ashtrays. The food and beverages are reasonably priced, and the staff consistently exude kindness and consideration. As an added bonus, there's an adorable dog who occasionally joins in for some playful fun, making it an even more delightful place to unwind. After visiting twice in as many days, it's clear that this is a place worth returning to, and I'll definitely be back the next time I find myself in Haiphong. 5/5...
