Bé kem kitchen (시타딘리조트 맞은편에 있는곳인데.) — Restaurant in Hội An

I am just looking here in google a good restaurant to eat infront of my hotel in Citadines. I found this restaurant which I find the best Banh Xeo I’ve ever tasted in Vietnam. Their sauce is to die for because it has garlic in it. The skewers are so tasty. I ordered 3 sets from the menu and the owner told me it is too much since I am alone. I told her it is ok ‘coz I am so hungry. And when my orders arrived, it is really true, they are too much for me hahaha. She offered me to make the first wrap of banh xeo.

I also like the morning glory and the chicken fried rice. The girl owner (I assumed) is so kind and welcoming. She even gave me a bottled water even I didn’t ordered one. She was too kind. I think this is a family owned resto because she has with her kids. I only had 3 days in Citadines, and I will be coming back to eat here. We pass this place when headed into and out of An Bang beach. The prices are a fire sale compared to what’s around.

We ordered a coconut smoothie, a coconut coffee, and lemonade. I love me some morning glory so we ordered that as well. The best morning glory I’ve had in VN and we’ve been here for 5 weeks so far.

We plan on beaching today and coming back here for dinner!

Local cuisine for local prices. Wonderful hospitality as well.

Adding to my review as we visited for dinner as planned and at least a handful more times during our two week stint in Hoi An. Things I will miss aside from morning glory — mango AND coconut smoothie (yes, you can order a combo flavor), sliced mango (simply fresh and delicious) and the cassava noodles (flavorful and wonderful texture)!

We absolutely adore this place and the family that runs it! They are the sweetest couple and they make quite literally the best meals we've had in 6 weeks traveling Asia. By far the best Bahn Xeo we've ever had AND one of the least expensive. We came back as many times as we could on this trip. We loved it so much that we asked if they could show us how to make it AND THEY WERE SO KIND and went over the top and did it for us. We compensated them for their time but we had so much fun and they asked us for nothing in return. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would. Highly highly...
