Excellent new business providing very high quality bread and bakeries always baked fresh on demand. Very friendly service and the bread is sooo good, recommend my favourite the Cranberry Walnut Bread but everything else is tasty as well. The guy who wrote the last comment did obviously not understand the business at all , it's next to but separately from the coffee shop, and you will get whatever bread or bakery you want, BUT you have to order several days in advance ( which is very easily done by Zalo chat, and they only operate from Thursday to Sunday. Highly recommend as an alternative to the other more established bakeries in Hoi An. Awesome bread and awesome people. We had their whole wheat sourdough regularly through our stay in Vietnam. It is delicious and keeps well in fridge or freezer. They deliver through Grab, very reliable. They even delivered in Da Nang. Baking happens twice a week, Thursdays and Sundays, so you need to order a couple of days before. We went to pick up our order the last week we were there, and had a chance to finally meet them in person. They were super nice, as they had been in our exchanges via FB messenger.
