During our recent visit to 4Ps Aeon Mall with my husband, Ms.Hoa provided one of the most delightful dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we were seated, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made us feel instantly welcome.

Ms. Hoa was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the menu but also offered thoughtful recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly. Her timing was impeccable—our glasses were never empty, and she was always attentive without hovering. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our experience as enjoyable as possible.

What stood out most was her professionalism and attention to detail. Despite the restaurant being busy as today was Women's Day in Vietnam Ms. Hoa remained calm and efficient, ensuring that each table received the same level of care and service. The way she handled special requests with ease and a positive attitude made the meal even more enjoyable.

Overall, Ms. Hoa’s excellent service made our visit memorable, and we will certainly be returning as always we are a regular customer of 4Ps Aeon Mall mostly every weekend we come for lunch or dinner with my husband, thanks to her exceptional hospitality. Pizza 4P is an exceptional restaurant that truly delivers a unique and unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant's menu features a wide variety of delicious and creative pizzas and spaghetti, each made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. But what really sets Pizza 4P apart from other restaurants is its exceptional staff. Mr. Hiep, one of the waiters at the restaurant, is a true gem. From the moment we sat down, he went above and beyond to make sure that we had a memorable experience. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive to our every need.

I like 4P’s foods. But lately the service seems down. I dont know what stops them to operate the tables in the second floor, but I assume customer will never find their private or less noisy in here anymore as you never know when they open the upstair. Comparing with all 4Ps in other cities (especially Ha Noi), 4P’s Hai Phong benefits with spacious and airy space. I used to think they are the most comfy one in the chain. But they dont allow you to choose your seats ever. The other day, I wanted to choose a 4-seats table for my friend and me and it didnt happen. The reason for me to do that is becoz I want a bigger table as we will order at least 4-5 dishes, and the table for 2 is way too small. And of course, I will never get a choice for seats.
