1988 Coffee and More — Restaurant in Hạ Long City

After alighting the cab, I was underwhelmed with what I saw. The place looked average. But yea, you need to take the elevator and get off on the sixth floor. The restaurant greets you once the elevator opens.

I feel ambivalent about my dining experience. I got a tasty green soup, but the portion was way too small. As the main dish, I got the vegan pizza. It was neither bad nor good. The crust was thick and dry. The taste was close to frozen pizza. My husband got the burger and liked it. Though, the side portions are, again, tiny.
