Me and my Vietnamese friend stumbled across this tiny hidden ban xeo place after visiting the Traditional Medicine museum and surprisingly, one of the BEST banh xeos and banh khots I've ever had. The grandmas were very sweet, the shrimps, vegetables, egg, all the ingredients were fresh and crispy - we were the only customers at the time and we had a lovely time feeling like we've been greeted into their home (I think they literally use their house space, it feels like we're eating in their dining room).
