KFC August Revolution Road — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Today, December 5th, 2024,

I went into kfc today amd saw their combo #2 which is 2 pieces of chicken, a drink, french fries/cole slaw, & mashed potatoes gor 87k. The picture image of the combo is of two sides, two pieces of chicken and a drink... and the wording says 2 sides. When I asked where the 2nd side was, they told me I chose french fries, over the cole slaw. But when I pointed out the "& mash potoes" MINH TUAN" the young assistant manager was quite adamant that I was wrong, even though all evidence says I am not. He did not practice any customer service practices and would mot listen to reason...

So Either MINH TUAN is mistaken, or KFC is practicing false advertisement. I know what the menu shows and says. I feel like not only was I shorted the side that is advertised, I feel like the manager assistant handled the situation completely wrong. I will provide the reciept and the menu shoing two sides. I hope to be contacted by managers soon. If not, I will gind a way to contact them, as I am 39, and have been eating at KFC my entire life.

Mình có trải nghiệm kh mấy dui ở KFC , thứ nhất đặt giao hàng rất lâu , ở gần đó mà giao lâu khủng khiếp :))) Ăn tại quán thì siêu ồn , nv ồn khủng khiếp , hỏi tư vẫn thì nhân viên im re không thấy tư vẫn gì ccho khách bắt khách đứng dòm menu ? Bàn của khách cũ thì kh thấy dẹp để khách mới phải gom lại dùm . Lo bắt những đơn giao hàng còn khách ngồi ăn chờ cơm gà quay tiêu những 30p hỏi nhân viên thì có con bé nó chạy lên chạy xún hai vòng vì thiếu nước của phần ăn . Nói là ưu tiên má đùi được đúng 1c má đùi :)))) ủa là saooo . Thái độ nv thì ngộ lắm quản lý lẫn nhân viên cười kiểu khinh khinh khách :)))) tóm lại thấy cskh bên của hàng này siêu tệ . Nhất là chú áo trắng la rất lớn tiếng còn mấy bạn nhân viên thì 1 câu má hai câu má đi làm dắt má theo hả ?
