KFC — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I made an order of various things together with the chicken nugget combo C on 10/12/2022 at around 3:35 This lady with different uniform (white tshirt while others are red, magbe she is the manager or supervisor) made an order for us. When we asked for the chicken nugget combo C with 159k vnd to be change to soccer combo with the same price 159k, she refused. I used to work in the fast food industry before (in Aus) and I beleive when we have not made a payment, we can change our mind. That is the SOP of the fastfood industry. Don't tell me it is already made as we have just changed our mine in 2 seconds and had not yet make the payment yet. What's more she hadn't repeated our order and said "we already made the order" for god sake it's only 2 second and later we wait like 10 mins for our order (it was not busy,there was only 1 couples ahead of us and they already got their order) Very dissapointing with the service, the employees did not care about customer. I will not comeback...

I've been soliciting this particular branch since 2010. Of course, this was before the move across the mall pavilion area, where the Popeyes now sits. Nevertheless, I've had some wonderful life memories here. One of which was introducing my Vietnamese family to the fine art of grabbing at least 3 French fries, like a greedy fat American (lol), while they were each carefully eating 1 fry at a time. Hihihi .... To this day, they can all recall that and have all been eating the fries by the handful... Just like me.

I'd rate the place higher if they'd keep it cleaner and if they'd keep a better store of food items, that seem to ALWAYS be out.

There is a hotel right across the street that I used to stay at before we moved on and up in the world. And the overall location is excellent with tons of things to do in the...

1.Gà truyền thống ( má đùi / đùi ) Giá: 19k/1 miếng 38k. Lớp da bên ngoài có vị mặn mặn, mềm . Thịt do mình lựa má đùi với đùi nên thịt đã là chỗ ngon rồi nhưng mà mình thấy bên KFC ướp ngon lắm nên càng ngon thêm ️ Thịt mềm, không bị chảy dầu ,ăn rất ngon !!!. . 2.Trà đào : Giá : 22k. Trong ly thì có 2 miếng đào , một miếng chắc bằng 1/6 trái. Ăn giòn, chua chua ngọt ngọt . Nước thì hơi ngọt nhưng thơm mùi đào Nói chung uống được. . 3.Nước chấm ( tương cà chua ). Mình thích nhất là tương cà chua của KFC vì nó có vị ngon riêng của KFC chứ không như các brand khác đều lấy tương gói. KFC có công thức làm tương cà rất hợp ý mình ️ Trong vị chua còn có vị chút xíu ngọt chứ không chua quá cũng không ngọt quá. Nói chung mình vẫn luôn thích tương cà chua của KFC nhất . _. Không gian ở đây rộng, đẹp, cách trang trí theo phong cách Pháp xưa ??? Nói chung mình thấy nó cổ xưa nhưng vẫn rất “sang chảnh” . Nhân viên lịch sự và tốt . _. Bữa nay Valentine ️ Nên bên KFC có khuyến mãi 19k/1 miếng gà thì bên nhân viên bảo mua 2 miếng trở lên thì may sao mình cũng định mua 2 miếng trở lên luôn Sau này nếu áp dụng như vậy mong bên KFC sẽ báo rõ ràng chứ lỡ có bạn đem đủ tiền mua 1 miếng ăn 1 mình thì không biết tính sao. Nói chung thấy khuyến mãi nên mình đi vậy thoii . __. Đánh giá của mình....
