Lambo Kids Cafe & Spa — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I’m just blown away by the way they handled my situation . This is what happened. I came to this place in the morning with my toddler and 4 year old kid. Sadly, I was told that the place is under renovation. They are temporarily closed until March. I was a bit disappointed. However, within few minutes, Ms. Minh (Eric) came to the rescue. She told me that they will make an exception for me knowing the hustles and bustles going around with 2 kids. My family visit Lambo almost every weekend. What is great about this place is that the staff are amicable and helpful. They care for the children and play with them so the parents can have some free time. The kids love the staff a lot. Since I’ve visited multiple kids' cafes, I must say that this is extraordinary, and the owner must invest in staff training. Another great thing about Lambo is that they frequently redecorate the area to match the coming events. During Christmas, they fire the snow in the yard, which makes the kids feel super happy. Only complaint I have is, they should not jave live animals there for the kids to torture. They had about 7-8 rabbits in a tiny cage and would occasional let the kids pick them up or chase them around their pen. Then they had a bunch of baby turtles in a shallow tank for the kids to continuously pick up and put them in containers. Repeatly.
