Paris Baguette Sky Garden — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Came here today at 7:45am. Cold staff (I guess it's too early in the morning) I took a combo option with coffee. I got my food and was still waiting for my coffee. The coffee not arriving, I asked for it. Then the salesperson told me that I need to pick the coffee upstairs (I wonder how long I would be waiting if I didn't asked). So went upstairs to get my coffee and realized the food was cold (French ham sandwich and foccacia) , I asked them to heat it but the microwave is only on ground floor. So I had to go back there to heat it. The salesperson could have asked us if we want to heat the food when we were paying and directed us upstairs for the coffee. Anyway, I'm not coming back. Poor...

I’m very disappointed. I will never come again. I ordered drinks with gestures, just make sure of it, but the staff served different ones. (I ordered two sparkling Yuzu teas, then Yuzu tea and Americano were served .Why??) The manager said it wasn’t her staff’s fault because she had asked me to check my order before proceeding the payment, that’s why she couldn’t replace the drinks. Nice place, I am coming since years. Good points: Great quality of pastries, salads and Sandwiches. Nice, friendly personell (can speak english) . So 4 stars !

To be improved: Only self-service, you have to carry all your orders yourself to the second floor (main seating area), mhhhh, WHY ??? (before they even had coffee desk upstairs) Loud music: Instead of having chilling, ambient music for everyone, most of the times loud music from SZA, Nicki Minaj :) Like them, but not good...
