I had the opportunity to visit Pasteur Street Craft Beer during my trip to Vietnam, and I cannot help but share with everyone about the fantastic experience here.
The ambiance at Pasteur Street Craft Beer is truly unique, creating a relaxed atmosphere characteristic of Vietnam. The open space, gentle lighting, and elegant decor make for a perfect environment to enjoy the exquisite craft beers.
What impressed me the most was the staff at this establishment. They were not only professional but also incredibly enthusiastic and friendly. They assisted me in choosing from the diverse menu and shared insights into the craft beer-making process, creating an experience that was not just about drinking beer but also understanding the art of brewing.
Exploring the menu, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The dishes were not only delicious but also prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients, resulting in distinctive and unforgettable flavors. I have tried many franchises in the U.S., but Pasteur Street Craft Beer exceeded my expectations in both beer and cuisine.
Another noteworthy aspect is the uniqueness of Pasteur Street Craft Beer, making me decide that this will be the place I visit every time I return to Vietnam. I feel like I have found an ideal spot to relax and immerse myself in the distinctive atmosphere of this country.
In summary, Pasteur Street Craft Beer is not just a beer bar; it is a comprehensive experience with a comfortable space, unique craft beers, and, most importantly, attentive service. If you are a craft beer enthusiast and want to experience the unique atmosphere of Vietnam, this is a destination you...
Read moreThis wasn't the first time I was here and don't remember thinking anything negative about this place before - had a mixed experience today. First of all, I am a passionately abstinent concerning beer - don't get it at all. They don't offer any wine by the glass here so I decided on water and a diet Coke. Okay no worries. So I ordered three things as well. Some clams with peanuts that seemed undercooked. I might be wrong about that, but what I'm not wrong about I tried two out of the three clams and saved the last one for the trash. I don't think I should have ate it those first two. Then I got the Tuna Taco which turned out to be more like a Tuna Salad served with long, thin Vietnamese crackers. It was tasty, but how it was served was unexpected. If I read the word taco on a menu, I definitely expect something else - perhaps some cooked tuna in the Mexican-style taco shell of some sort. I also ordered the Vietnamese Fig salad. While I was just finishing up on my "Tuna Salad," I was informed that there was no pork for the dish and would I like to substitute it for something else. I figured I was through with this place so I just canceled it. This place is a nice-looking restaurant, and I will say the service was excellent. "Agxxe - I hope I got her name right - and Kavin" are two nice, friendly young people who have the right mix of professionalism and friendliness. I feel bad writing the review because of them. But you know I got nothing better to do. Yeah I hope those two sweet, young kids are a nice couple in love. If not, I think they should get together and maybe go to a movie...
Read moreAverage food, upbeat music... average service. This Pasteur Taproom is really spacious and open. Menu is simple and the same as their other locations. The food presentation was impressive, yet the flavors and ingredients were only average. The mushroom salad was drenched in sesame dressing. The same dressing was on the salad accompanying the smoked goose. The wings were buttery and tasty; I chose lemon pepper. The Baja style fish tacos looked great. However, the tortillas seemed to be heated with a torch (?), the texture seemed a bit off, not like a soft tortilla heated on a grill. Based upon prior reviews, I was...
