Phuc Long Coffee & Tea Express — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I go to Phuc Long when unfortunately there’s no other choice. Staff always insists that americano with milk on the side is the same as latte/cappuccino. If I ask for a little bit of milk to put into americano then it would be extra cost. Instead of arguing, I give in and order latte instead. Please retrain your staff to understand that westerners prefer coffee with milk, and it’s not the same as latte. For this reason, Phuc Long is always going to be a step down from Starbucks, and we’ll gladly continue to frequent Starbucks for our drink of choice which is americano, hot, with milk and no extra charge...
