First of all, the service for our table was great. My husband got a food poisoning from this place. We don't say that lightly, but we ate all the home cook meals for 48 hours together with the whole family (10 people), and this is the only meal we ate separately. I had a bad stomachache as well.

We ordered the Green California Roll, which we now suspect is the cause of our illness. The rice tasted like it would dissolved as its been out for too long. I regrettably chose the dish; it was advertised as "on special menu - on sale".

The combo C was great, but the food didn't feel hot enough.

The crust of Japanese okonomiyaki is way too thick, same as the salmon tempura, where the salmon was room temp, and the thick crust outside was too hot.

We sat in the area where we had to take the shoes off, and it was sad to see the box in where we put our legs/feet, had hair and other dirts that made the experience a bit distasteful.

To top it all off, the misunderstanding amongst the staff, the mean look they gave to each other, and just the stress overall in front of customers didn't create the enjoyable environment.

Even before we left, there were THREE girls at the reception. Two were on their phone while the new employee was trying to figure out how to use the machine and got the micro-agressions talks as she did something incorrect, it was just...

Nhà mình ghé ăn tối ngày 23/1. Trước đây từng ăn Tokyodeli rất nhiều lần nhưng đây là lần thứ 2 ghé chi nhánh này. Rất thất vọng cả về món ăn lẫn cách phục vụ Nhà mình đi 3 người cho dc chung 1 chén mù tạt có 1 xíu xiu thôi. Mình có xin đi xin lại 3 lần bạn nhân viên nam đeo kính, cuối cùng sau khi ăn xong 2 phần cơm và sushi vẫn chưa có. Nước tương mới rót dc cho 1 người đã hết. Mình xin thêm nước tương thì bạn mang ra bình nước tương rót thêm chắc dc đúng 5ml là hết. Nhà mình phải đi gom nước tương ở những bàn trống bên cạnh nhưng bàn nào cũng gặp tình trạng cạn đáy như vậy. Gom chừng 5 bàn mới đủ cho 3 chén nước tương. Cái này phía nhà hàng có thể check cam lại để kiểm chứng. Nhà hàng khan hiếm mù tạt và nước tương đến vậy sao?! Bạn tư vấn mình mới có loại cá hồi nhật, khác với cá hồi nauy thông thường, còn cá hồi trout thì nhà hàng đã hết. Mình order cá Nhật. Đến hồi thanh toán bạn nói bạn order nhầm thành cá trout cho mình. Mình phải bù thêm tiền. Mình k phân biệt dc các loại nhờ bạn tư vấn, bạn tư vấn 1 đằng order 1 nẻo, xong khách là người chịu, mà cũng k dc ăn đúng món. Trải nghiệm rất tệ Bonus thêm chén canh rong biển giá 25k. Mà thật sự 3 chén mỗi chén dc đúng 3 4 miếng rong biển. Rong biển thì ai cũng biết là ngâm 1 nhúm cũng đủ nở ra rất nhiều chứ không đáng gì. Mình không có đòi hỏi nhiều nhưng cach nhà hàng làm thực sự trông rất tủn mủn, và đây là chi nhánh đầu tiên mình thấy tệ đến vậy. Tóm lại khuyên mọi người ăn tokyo deli nên chọn...
