I love vietnam. And I trust many vietnam people.
BUT
To the CEO or CEO of Red Tomato. Vietnamese people are nice, and most restaurants are very friendly. The food at Red Tomato in other regions is delicious, and the employees and managers (or branch managers) are very friendly. But why is the service and food quality at Red Tomato located in Phu My Hung Sky Garden so low? Don’t you feel sorry for the majority of good and kind Vietnamese people and the Vietnamese government? If the CEO of Red Tomato loves your country, he should quickly improve and issue an appropriate apology. We euphemistically request that at least no harm be caused to countless foreigners.
Red Tomato is a place that my family and I, both foreigners, have used for the past 20 years, and we were impressed by the friendly service.
However, This time(today) Red Tomato mannengers's service was very poor and the food was also poor.
They made the mistake of confusing the food I ordered and bringing another food, and I was very disappointed because the food I brought back was cooked in a half-hearted manner.
If there is no apology within 3 days, we will formally raise the issue with head office.
This content is a protest against the Red Tomato Phu My Hung branch (located in Sky Garden). If there is no apology, a complaint will inevitably be made to Red Tomato's main store.
1-Incidence Overview: The family visited the Let Tomato restaurant for a meal. I placed an order, but the staff here brought a different food instead of what I ordered.
2-I politely told them it wasn't what my family ordered.
3- Two Red Tomato employees and a manager (female) came and checked, then secretly took the food without saying ‘sorry’, and brought the ordered food about 20 minutes later. And yet the manager did not make any apology.
It is possible to fully consider an employee's mistakes, and on the contrary, one can understand and feel pity for an employee's confusion about work. However, the attitude of the branch manager or manager of the Phu My Hung Sky branch was very poor. Why should foreigners feel uncomfortable while purchasing food, and why did they not receive an apology for Red Tomato's mistake? The branch manager or manager's role was very poor and rude.In three days, I will end my trip to Vietnam and go to another country. We respectfully request an apology for cruelly trampling on the good memories of the beautiful Red Tomato Restaurant in the past. Whether you are a store owner or a manager, do not shirk responsibility and place blame solely on your employees. Today at the Red Tomato restaurant, you did not say a word of apology, did not take responsibility for your actions, and when a customer raised a problem, you rudely 'brought food that was not ordered', cleaned up the food without saying a word, and brought tasteless food. I hope you reflect. Isn’t that the attitude of a mature Vietnamese citizen?
Please make a proper...
Read moreThe pizza had its ups and downs. The crust was made from a frozen dough but still edible, and the toppings had a strong Vietnamese influence that didn’t feel very charming. Even with plenty of ingredients, the flavor remained disappointingly plain. I ordered a large pizza, but they made two small ones instead—an amusing first-time experience. Surprisingly, the second pizza was much better and had the crust I had originally wanted. It made me feel like giving them a second chance, as the staff was clearly trying. However, the taste was still a bit too Vietnamese for my liking. There are definitely tastier pizzas to be...
