During our recent stay at the Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh, we had the pleasure of dining at Blue Lobster, the resort’s signature restaurant—and it was a truly delightful culinary experience.
The barramundi sweet and sour was a standout dish: the fish was perfectly cooked with a crisp outer layer and tender, flaky interior. The sauce had a vibrant balance of tanginess and sweetness, harmonizing beautifully with fresh bell peppers and pineapple.
We also enjoyed the Vietnamese spring rolls, which were light yet flavorful, with a satisfying crunch and well-seasoned filling. The accompanying dipping sauce brought out the authentic, home-style taste of traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
Another highlight was the lotus root stir-fried with pork, shrimp, and mixed vegetables. This dish was not only visually appealing but also showcased the kitchen’s attention to texture and taste—the crunch of lotus root, tenderness of pork, and sweetness of shrimp all worked together in perfect balance.
The shaking beef with rice was rich and satisfying. The cubes of tender beef were marinated and seared to perfection, served with fragrant garlic rice and a light salad that added freshness to the hearty plate.
Service at Blue Lobster was top-notch—staff were attentive, friendly, and eager to offer recommendations. The atmosphere was elegant but relaxed, perfect for a resort evening meal.
Overall, Blue Lobster is not just a hotel restaurant—it’s a destination in itself for anyone visiting Cam Ranh. We left completely satisfied and would definitely return for another round of their expertly...
Read moreWe stayed in Raddison hotel for 3 days and booked half board, the first day buffet is so good and on the second day set menu was arranged for us at this À la carte canteen. The cost per person is 600-700k as paid in the pack, we are expecting something decent but very disappointed with the food it provided. So the set menu includes a small salad which is ok, and 2 small prawns, one piece of little rib less than one bite and one water quality soup with nothing in it. I’d better to have a pho than having this set manual. The last desert is a small frozen cake which has less quality than the one you could buy from from 24h convenient supermarket. I know Radisson can save a lot of money by providing this low quality set menu to their guests but it ruined all good feelings I’ve have so far. We see the neighborhood hotel Mövenpick providing better quality buffet everyday(we went to Move pick every night because it’s connected with Radisson) and much more entertaining facilities with the similar price. This is my last time with Radisson. So...
Read moreIt was such a pleasure to discover Radison Blu Lobster.
We are staying at the Movenpick, with its poor food quality and poor restaurant service.
So we gave Blu Lobster a try and went back two nights in a row.
The food is really good – Tom Hum, Chicken Wings, Ca Kho To, Vegetables, Calamari, etc. It is clear that someone designed then menu intentionally and cares about the quality of each dish.
The environment is very relaxing and pleasant.
Also, the service was excellent. The staff were well trained, attentive and friendly. Especially coming from Movenpick where the staff are in such chaos, it was refreshing to experience a restaurant that the staff are paying attention to customers, working together and ensuring a good customer experience.
I highly recommend Blu Lobster if you are...
