Great people helping you out getting your motorbike on the train. They will rinse it first with some water, drain the fuel (required by Vietnam regulations) and talk to the employees of the train/station to make sure the bike will get on the train. You will get the keys back after the washing/fuel draining and you will receive a ticket for the motorbike. The train ticket you can buy yourself or also ask them to do it.
