Michis hotel laocai — Hotel in Lào Cai

I spent three delightful nights here last month at Michi’s Hotel, a brand new and very unique boutique.||It was such a treat to stay here. My room is spacious, elegant, beautifully decorated with a front view of river. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Really helpful and kind reception team thank you. A couple of things which could improve: 1. For a hotel charging upwards of 1mil VNd per night the toilet paper should be better quality 😆 the one provided is the cheapest available. 2. In room safe does not work, the option provided was for it to be locked and unlocked on demand by the staff with a master key. This is not ideal as guest should have access to their room safe anytime they wish and with privacy. All in this hotel is above average and...

A very nice hotel with views over the Red River and in the middle of Lao Cai's dining district. Rooms are large and clean. Not all rooms have windows, so make sure to ask. I've stayed there twice now, and it will be my goto hotel for my monthly visit of Lao Cai. No breakfast at the moment due to Covid, but plenty of options within meters...
