We as foreign tourists in Vietnam cannot recommend this restaurant: after 1.5 hours of waiting for a grilled fish we still had no fish meal on the table. They always said "a grilled fish takes long to be prepared" ...... so we left the restaurant without having got any fish, but we had to pay for the 5 spring rolls, our ordered 2 beers, the peanuts and we were even charged for the wet towels.
