This place disrespects its customers, and the owner has a snobbish attitude.

We placed our order as soon as we arrived, but the staff didn’t send it to the kitchen. As a result, we ended up waiting over 15 minutes until another staff member came over and casually told us we hadn’t ordered yet—like it was our fault. When I got upset, they finally admitted it was a mistake on their part (even though the place was nearly empty, not busy at all).

After we finished eating and I asked for the bill and paid (expecting change), the staff member just took the money, left it on the counter, and walked off to do something else. I was sitting close to the counter and saw the whole thing. I had to wait quite a while and then call another staff member over to ask for my change.

Even after two mistakes like that, when I tried to complain, the owner just stood from afar at the cashier counter, waved me off, and said, “Alright, alright, that’s enough,” without even coming over to the table to address the issue. I was so frustrated I went to the counter to speak directly, and the owner just laughed it off like it was no big deal and kept interrupting me, not letting me finish.
