I ordered the Special Pancake 1 and the Special Pancake 2. Pancake was fragrant and crispy thin especially at the edges. Toppings were fresh especially the squids which were juicy.

Totally enjoyed the pancakes with the dip which was a mix of 2 dips (one is peanut based probably and the other is fish sauce based).

The pancakes are quite oily but pickled carrots and white radish were provided and these made the oiliness go away.

Banh xeo was crispy, but it does not have that banh xeo aroma. It was bland which means the dipping sauce must be outstanding to balance out the taste. Unfortunately, the dipping sauce was too sweet and so the entire meal tasted nothing but sweet. The basket of veggies they give looked like left overs that would be thrown out.
