A very disappointing dining experience I’d have to say. First of all, the restaurant is actually quite sizeable and it has 3 floors, by the time we arrived there were still a few vacant tables but the reception had to kept us waiting for about 30minutes. Also, the receptionist seemed to be able to speak the local language and Korean only so when they called for our number we couldn’t understand and we thereby missed it and had to wait for another 10minutes… Finally, by the time we sat down, we ordered clams, lobster and crab. All the food delivered were cold or at most, room temperature. It was no way acceptable for a seafood restaurant. We returned a plate asking for reheat but turns out it was re-served colder than before. What a joke… The staff were not communicable in English and pretty much not helpful as well. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you don’t mind paying for a relatively overpriced meal and have zero expectations.
