ここの予約はAirbnbから取りました。ところが、チェックイン時、Airbnb上に記載の無かった「追加料金に関する契約書」にサインをしないと、チェックインはできない、と言われてしまい、サイト上のルールを守って頂けませんでした。

従い、ホストのルール違反により、キャンセル手続きは行われ、私は宿泊できませんでした。画像はその証拠。

また、契約書の日付は、9月25日〜11月24 日の2ヶ月間となっているが、実際は28日間の予約だった。

I made a reservation to stay at this place through Airbnb. However, upon checking in, we were told that we cannot check in unless we agree to sign a contract which require us to pay additional fees, yet the owner insisted that we will not be charged any extra fees. This was not mentioned in the platform (during the period of my booking). I refused to stay there as it pose as a risk to stay at a place where the owner is not complying to basic rules and regulation provided in an international platform such as Airbnb. A cancellation was taken into action due to the host's violation on Airbnb rules. The photos attached to this post are evidences which show very clearly how they have included a contract which was not known and agreed by Airbnb platform, along with the contract that the host provided of 2 month lease when in actuality, we only wanted to stay...

If I decide to go back to Nha Trang, I would definitely choose Jasmine by the Sea for my stay.
