nice view right in front of the sea. I haven't had food yet, only had a morning coffee with my family. Though it was not very crowded, only half the seats were occupied but the service is very very slow. Either the staff was overloaded, inexperienced or both. Funny how guests who came later but sit near the bar were served before us. We at the side (2 big tables) had to wait for so long that 1 guy in the other table got angry. Surprised that they have very limited breakfast menu! Today it’s either burger sliders or Seafood Hu Tieu, was ok. Nothing to rave about. Sliders are on a sweat bun not brioche. Hu Tieu was good but I wouldn’t be coming back for it deliberately. Atmosphere is very good. Relaxing. Venue has so much potential. A lot of trainee staff on this morning. Had to remind them of drink orders. WIR? Not until there’s something on the menu that is better...

This is a nice, chill brunch spot that feels like a lounge. It looks way better inside than it does from the outside. They've got comfy chairs at their outdoor tables and a beautiful AC space inside.
