Icoffee — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

We went there yesterday in the rain night. We are a group with around 15 people. Everything was great except their service. We need more chairs and tables with a same size but they could not service. Although they had a lot of them out side. They put the other chairs and tables with different size, total different sizes. Then they left them out side and do nothing. Someone must sit on the floor :( because not enough chairs for our group . I mean they did nothing. They said they can not move chairs and tables outside because there are Daily Customers who will be there around 9 pm. But noone there. Its already 9pm - 10pm. Its a rainy day. Why did they do that? Three waitresses but...

25 février, je me rends comme d’habitude à ce café que je fréquente depuis quelques années. Hélas aujourd’hui extrêmement déçu, je prends un café filtre, rien à redire, mon épouse, un chocolat et la catastrophe, une vulgaire poudre dans un verre d’eau chaude. J’appelle le serveur pour lui faire remarquer, il prend ça à la rigolade, moi pas du tout, il lui a fallu qu’à plusieurs reprises, je lui fasse voir que son chocolat c’était que de l’eau du coup mon épouse a choisi une autre boisson une chose est sûre extrêmement déçu du comportement du serveur. Hélas pas de responsable ce jour-là j’étais un fidèle client à partir de ce jour, je n’y serai plus du tout et je le conseillerais pas à mes amis.

February 25, I go as usual to this café that I have been frequenting for a few years. Unfortunately today extremely disappointed, I have a filter coffee, nothing to complain about, my wife, a chocolate and disaster, a vulgar powder in a glass of hot water. I call the waiter to point it out to him, he takes it as a joke, not me at all, he had to repeatedly show me that his chocolate was just water so my wife chose another drink one thing is sure extremely disappointed with the behavior of the waiter. Unfortunately no manager that day I was a loyal customer from that day on, I will not be there at all and I will not recommend it...

Such a nice place ! We were so lucky to live nearby and enjoy coffee every morning with a wonderful view! The service is great ! The coffee is REAL Vietnamese one with a real Vietnamese taste . Definitely...
