They gave me dried squid when i ordered grilled, they said it is grilled squid, i tried to return my meal, they insisted i pay 300,000. This went back and fourth until I offered to pay 150,000 for the meal i didnt eat or order. Then all of the staff began cheering and laughing because they got it there way. This is where it started. When we went to pay via card, they entered the full amount and not discounted. They said we’d have to pay full amount on card and only give us 150,000 back (instead of 250,000). Read moreWe stopped here for a short break while visiting Sao Beach. The bar is very simple, right on the sand, and offers the basics – cold drinks, coconuts, juices, and some snacks. Nothing fancy, but it fits the beach atmosphere. Service was friendly enough and quick, which is what you want when you’re just looking to cool down after walking along the shore.
Prices are a little higher than average for the island, but that’s to be expected given the location right on one of Phu Quoc’s most popular beaches. Don’t come here expecting gourmet food or a stylish setup – it’s more of a convenient refreshment stop than a destination bar.

Part of the beach is clean and there are places where rubbish is piled up Bottles and plastic food containers thrown around The resto-bar - overpriced; food is very average (you can get better tasting food by the streets!); the staff there are so ignorant! 3 of them (instead of working in the bar), went to the beach to swim, leaving only one guy behind and he wasn’t bothered to entertain much despite calling out to him a few times.
