After seeing the scores of rave reviews for this place, we were excited to try it out! Unfortunately, when we arrived for dinner, while the entrance and surroundings were grand and exciting, the food left so much to be desired. All the dishes we ordered tasted bland, processed and rubbery - in particular the beef, which felt like it had just been microwaved to warm it up. The fried rice tasted crunchy and old too. Even the "lemonade" tasted like watered down lime juice.
The servers were very attentive, however as we were one of the only ones there, we basically had someone standing next to our table, looking at us the entire time, which was quite uncomfortable and made the entire experience even more unpalatable.
I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was the worst dining experience in Phu Quoc, and not at all worth the hefty price tag. Dissapointing given all their five...
