Café Blue Lagoon Restaurant — Restaurant in Phan Thiết City

This review is for travelers who enjoy not only to stay at wonderful resorts but also interested in the best breakfast buffet around.

I have eaten at many restaurants and resort breakfast buffets around the Mui Ne area, (What can I say; I love Mui Ne.) but by far, Cafe' Blue Lagoon Restaurant, offers the best of the best. I was very surprised by how attentive the staff was and the cleanliness of the place. The layout was very nice, classy and elegant.

Most of the time, I find that the resort buffets are well presented. The foods do look good, but when you eat it, it's kinda bland to me. The presentation is there, but the execution is missed. What a waste of food!

That was my thoughts about some of the resorts here in Mui Ne, until I stayed at Pandanus Resort. I was expecting the same old breakfast buffet, but to my surprised the food at Cafe' Blue Lagoon was, Wow! Wow! Wow! My companions and I were all complimenting how amazing the food was. We ate a lot.

I'm telling you, the buffet was well worth the price of breakfast and room combined.

Unser Essen gestern war der absolute Reinfall. Es hat extrem lange gedauert (1-1,5 Stunden), bis die ersten (von 5 Personen) das Essen hatten. Dann wurde teils das falsche Essen gebracht, teils sehr kleine Portionen. Mein Neuseeländisches Steak hatte nichts mit dem zu tun, was in der Speisekarte abgebildet war, es war nur halb so groß, wenn überhaupt. Angeblich 250g, waren aber sicher keine 150g. So klein kann kein gutes Fleisch beim Braten werden, schon gar nicht für 22€, was hier viel Geld ist. Konnte ich so nicht akzeptieren und bin auf einen Burger ausgewichen, welcher mir dann eigenartigerweise eine schlaflose Nacht beschert hat. Pommes dazu sind hier generell kalt, der Salat zum Minifischfilet bestand nur aus ein paar grünen Blattschnipseln ohne jegliches Dressing oder Gewürze. Dieses Restaurant werden wir auf jeden Fall nicht mehr aufsuchen. Was meine Vorgänger hier geschrieben haben, konnte keiner von uns 5 nachvollziehen oder bestätigen. Als Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten haben wir aber immerhin ein gratis Dessert bekommen, deswegen gibt es hier von uns 1...

Khẩu phần ăn rất to. Mấy lần đầu đi ăn không để ý, theo thói quen luôn gọi mỗi người 2 món + 1 tráng miệng là ăn không hết. Gọi lố bỏ mứa đồ ăn mấy lần, mãi sau này mới để ý là phần ăn ở đây nhiều hơn những chỗ khác. Cái bụng nhỏ của mình ăn 1 dĩa là no ứ hự. Giá khá mắc, nhưng vẫn có vài món giá phải chăng.

Mấy lần tới đây vào cuối tuần có ban nhạc Philippines hát lives, làm bữa tối enjoyable hơn. Hầu hết những bài mình yêu cầu ca sĩ đều hát được, thích, bữa tối ngon hơn 👍🏼. Có 1 lần ban nhạc chơi ở quầy bar, những vị khách duy nhất là gia đình mình, cảm giác exclusive lắm luôn kkk.

Cả nhà thích đến đây vì quãng đường lái xe đến resort đẹp, resort thì có biển có vườn, khuôn viên rộng rãi. Thỉnh thoảng ra đây đổi cảnh cũng thích nên đây là điểm đến yêu thích của cả nhà. Về service thì nhà mình dễ chịu nên thoải mái, không bàn đến. Nhưng ai làm hospitality hay F&B chắc sẽ hơi bắt bẻ khi...
