Cỏ Mây Vegetarian Restaurant — Restaurant in Vung Tau City

I stumbled upon Cỏ Mây Vegetarian restaurant while searching for vegetarian options for our trip to Vũng Tàu. As avid vegetarians, we were eager to find a good spot, and this place did not disappoint.

The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, and there’s ample parking for both motorbikes and cars. What surprised me the most was the reasonable pricing, especially considering the generous portion sizes, perfect for sharing with a group.

Each table is equipped with an electric stove, suggesting that their hotpot dishes are likely delicious, though I haven’t had the chance to try them yet.

Food was really good and we enjoyed that a lot but it was really lacking in service and cleanliness. Spring rolls were delicious but for some reason they didn't give us any sauce and when we asked it never came. We asked for mayonnaise for the french fries they didn't have it. We asked for dry napkins they didn't have it even though they used them on the french fries as a oil catch. They just don't have enough people working there so every question or request basically went unanswered.

Plus the dishes were dirty there was food stains and oil, that was really surprising and disappointing.

Please note that the restaurant is actually a few houses away from it’s google maps location. Came here as a couple on our winter vacation in the early evening hours. We had lemongrass+chili tofu, fried rice and tofu stew with onions and champignons. Drinks: ginger+lemongrass lemonade. All the items arrived SUPER QUICK after we had ordered! Lemongrass+chili was less firm than in other places, still super tasty though. All in all very delicious meal(s)! Bonus points for the big variety in tofu options they offer.
