In the context of Vung Tau, I believe that this place offers decent japanese dishes at a fair price, in the sense that you get what you paid for. I would advise that the seatings is quite crowded on the ground floor, which could be worse in weekends and holidays, while the upper floors are restricted to private rooms. From my observation, I feel that the maguro sashimi is a hit or miss as they seems to be either fresh or frozen at times, fried dishes could take a long time to make, and certain sushi rolls, that are American influenced, can feel off at times in comparison to restaurants in Saigon.
